Cocktails Taste refreshing summer long-drinks made with Ricard, France’s not-to-be-missed pastis from Marseille. Ricard is a combination of Oriental spices (star anise and liquorice root) and aromatic herbs from Provence. Sample the quintessential Ricard Classic, a Ricard Tomate with grenadine or a Ricard Mauresque with almond syrup. |

Beer
Browse our menu of original craft beers by Pietra, Jenlain, and Kronenbourg to select the best beer for your palate! Explore Mediterranean flavors and bouquets from Corsica with a glass of Pietra chestnut amber ale. An amber ale brewed using traditional methods from selected malts and Corsican organic chestnut flour. Strong and delicate, solid and soft with a touch of bitterness. Or try the original French Farmhouse ales from northern France, Jenlain Blonde Bière de Garde (‘Beer for Keeping’). Jenlain Blonde is strong in character, full of flavor with notes of honey and peach, capped by that splendid champagne aroma.
Or try Kronenbourg 1664, a lager with a noble history characterized by its fine taste, golden hues, and delicate bitterness that come from selecting the best hops, and the unique know-how of one of the French master brewers, for over 300 years. |
